Drew McManigle is the Founder and Managing Director of MACCO. He has led numerous companies through both in and out-of-court restructurings. Drew’s global experience extends across a variety of industries, including energy exploration, production and refining, healthcare, consumer products, defense, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial construction, distribution, transportation, heavy equipment and hospitality where he has hands-on experience.
Kathy Mayle is a Senior Director for MACCO. She has more than 26 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring. Kathy has worked with corporate debtors in both the private and public sector. Her broad experience encompasses a vast array of industries that include manufacturing, commercial airlines, retail, oil & gas, high-tech, real estate, construction, and healthcare, including physician practices, hospitals and imaging centers.
David L. Denbina, P.E.
David Denbina is a Managing Director for MACCO. He is a workout, restructuring and valuation specialist. His experience extends across a vast array of diverse industries, including all sectors of energy, utilities and cogeneration, mining, oceangoing vessels, healthcare, logistics, gaming, recreational parks and marinas, commercial real estate and banking.
Beth Carpenter is a Managing Director and Healthcare Practice Leader for MACCO. She has 30 years of proven success driving bottom-line profitability improvements, revenue growth, and employee performance in healthcare. During her career, she had successful stints with healthcare companies with annual revenues in excess of $800 million, guiding multi-state locations and supervising up to 900 sales, clinical, patient/family services, and financial personnel.
Norene Mostkoff is a Managing Director at MACCO. She has over 20 years of leadership experience with companies in distress. As CEO, she has led healthcare companies out of financial crisis to profitability amidst the complexities of a highly regulated environment. Her ability to quickly evaluate, create and execute an implementable turnaround plan has contributed to her successful assignments with leaders in the healthcare, financial services, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
Stephen E. Judge
Stephen Judge is a Managing Director for MACCO based out of the Wilmington, Delaware office. He has significant financial and accounting expertise in manufacturing, transportation, agribusiness, healthcare, hospitality, and automotive sectors, holding senior financial roles including Vice President Special Situations, CFO and CRO. Stephen has led refinancing efforts, profit improvement initiatives, bank work-outs, wind-downs and liquidations; and has represented debtors in numerous bankruptcy cases in many different Districts
Patrick Stewart is a Managing Director of MACCO based out of the Wilmington, Delaware office. He has led numerous companies through both in and out-of-court restructurings, has advised lenders and bank groups in troubled loan situations and served as financial advisor to unsecured creditor committees.
Paul D. Maniscalco
Paul Maniscalco is a Managing Director for MACCO based out of the Denver, Colorado office. He has over 22 years of experience in corporate finance, capital market transactions, business restructuring and chapter 11 bankruptcy. He has a strong background in SEC reporting and compliance issues, including leading complex debt/equity transactions.
Jerry Thompson is a Managing Director for MACCO. His business experience incorporates a multi-layered understanding and the ability to evaluate structured finance transactions, notably in upstream exploration, production and oil field service companies, from a practical standpoint. Jerry has led multi-disciplined teams through due diligence, structuring and execution of over $2 billion in oil & gas structured debt and equity transactions.
Pablo Bonjour is a Director for MACCO. Throughout his career, he has consulted for more than 1,000 U.S. and International clients including Shell International Exploration & Production, Inc. His vast global experience extends across a variety of industries including oil & gas, healthcare, consumer products, construction, investment banking, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, transportation, heavy equipment and hospitality.
Frank Cottrell is a Director for MACCO. He is a proven turnaround and restructuring professional leveraging over 10 years of successful operational experience in organizations ranging from private equity-backed portfolio companies to public entities. Frank has held leadership roles with critical P&L responsibilities, including serving as interim CFO. His industry experience includes energy, manufacturing, oilfield services, offshore/subsea, construction, government contracting, engineering, consumer services, RTO, financial services, tort litigation, education, retail, medical, technology and real estate.
Blake Denbina is a Director for MACCO. He has over 17 years of operational experience at both the civic and private business levels. Blake brings a motivated, strategic, solutions-focused approach to business reorganization and operations improvement. He has been a Utility Business Operations Executive for the City of Houston and held ownership and leadership roles at both a strategic management consulting firm and in hospitality, from concept and planning to build out and operations. In each of these roles, Blake has held critical leadership, capital project and P&L responsibilities.
Micah Miller is a Senior Financial Analyst for MACCO. He has over 13 years of experience in accounting and financial analytics, including financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, cost accounting, processes and controls. He has held most positions in accounting departments from inventory control, AR and AP early in his career, to Comptroller and CFO. He also has in-depth knowledge of complex bankruptcy regulations and compliance.
Eric M. Moll
Eric Moll is a Financial Analyst for MACCO. He has trained as a financial professional and during his college career, he interned as a finance/sales associate at Management Controls Inc. where he worked with the assistant comptroller in a 4-week audit and interfaced with executive management on tactical and strategic planning.
Sharon McManigle, CPBA, CPMA, CPHDA, CPEQA, a certified-professional business coach and facilitator, serves as MACCO’s Director of Strategic Initiatives and Performance Coach. To this role, Sharon brings 20 years of accounting and finance experience and over a decade of strategic planning and organizational development facilitation.
Tanya St. James
Tanya St. James, Founder and Creative Director of EightAM Creative, a brand marketing agency, serves as MACCO’s Director of Marketing. Tanya brings her results oriented bias to the effective planning and implementation of creative marketing strategies that result in clear messaging and superior brand recognition. A poised and effective communicator, Tanya is adept in business development, including sophisticated and multi-cultural environments.
