Paul Maniscalco has over 22 years of experience in corporate finance, capital market transactions, business restructuring and chapter 11 bankruptcy. He has a strong background in SEC reporting and compliance issues, including leading complex debt/equity transactions.

Paul’s financial and accounting expertise is derived from advising corporations from inception through maturity in various industries most notably, oil & gas exploration and mining where he has served in financial leadership roles. His focus and understanding of operational accounting, budgeting and forecasting, due diligence design, and development and implementation of accounting systems and internal controls, allows him to assess and advise clients from a practical point of view.

Paul has advised multiple public and private companies, represented buyers and sellers in due diligence reviews and the assessment of financial operations where he identified opportunities to increase the enterprise value of the business.

Prior to MACCO, Paul served as CFO to several publicly traded oil & gas companies through his own financial accounting firm. His career began at the “Big Four” and regional accounting firms. He holds dual Bachelor degrees in accounting and health administration from Florida Atlantic University.
