Norene Mostkoff, Sr. Advisor

Norene Mostkoff has over 20 years of leadership experience with companies in distress. As CEO, she has led healthcare companies out of financial crisis to profitability amidst the complexities of a highly regulated environment.

Her ability to quickly evaluate, create and execute an implementable turnaround plan has contributed to her successful assignments with leaders in the healthcare, financial services, logistics and manufacturing sectors. Norene has led mergers and acquisitions that have resulted in improved bottom line results. In addition to her expertise in turn-arounds, Norene is known for her ability to work with regulatory authorities utilizing her experience and government relations insights. This regulatory acumen has resulted in Noreen acting as an advisor on administrative rules at both the Federal and State levels.

In 2018, Norene was named to the top 100 most influential people in healthcare by the Atlanta Business Chronical. She has been awarded a Better Business Bureau’s Integrity Award and recognized by her peers as the CEO of the year award.

Norene earned her Bachelor of Science in Math from the University of Illinois and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Notable Assignments

  • As CEO, planned, supervised and delivered a  complex multi-million dollar electronic medical record implementation, on time and under budget.

  • Serving as a CEO, in four weeks, obtained $7 million  and recapitalized the company that resulted in on-going, uninterrupted operations. 

  • Focused on stemming cash losses of  $500k/month, as CEO reviewed operating costs,  G&A  and related cash drains and led efforts that resulted in company turning cash-positive in 4 months.

  • As established and authorized by the Boards of Directors, led mergers and acquisitions delivering on anticipated results envisioned by operating management.

  • Successfully led a healthcare company through a significant and complicated Medicare crisis.

  • Using her regulatory and healthcare knowledge, gained Federal government support that increased Medicaid revenue  by $100MM.

  • As CEO, led organizations serving up to 65,000 patients per year.
