We have been appointed by bankruptcy courts and domestic and international courts as receivers, assignees and chapter 11 plan trustees. In February 2020, Drew McManigle was appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, Region 7, Houston/Galveston Division, as 1 of 6 Small Business Reorganization Act (“SBRA”) Trustees.
